The programme aims at showcasing persistence to youths. New World Springboard offers long-term support to under-resourced youths, enabling them to unleash their potential and equipping them to become future leaders. The initial phase of the project focuses on swimming and basketball playing by providing free professional training to qualified children and youths, with the mission of discovering new talents for Hong Kong.

The Group is inviting staff members to take part in the New World Springboard Mentorship Programme and become mentors of these children and youths. The Group, together with its staff members, help them onto the springboard and leap into a brighter future. The Mentorship Programme organises various activities for the students and the mentors to build a closer relationship.

If you do not wish to be the mentor for the Springboard programme, please tick this opt-out box.
As the majority of activities under "New World Springboard" Mentorship Programme are to be held in Hong Kong, kindly understand that invitation of this programme is limited to colleagues and their families in Hong Kong.
